These terms govern your use of the Red-Dot Technologies client portal and any campaign booked through it.
1. Accounts
Registrations are reviewed before approval. We may decline, suspend or block an account where we consider it necessary. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Red Coins
Red Coins are prepaid account credit, pegged one to one with the US dollar. They are purchased with USDT on the TRC20 or BEP20 network and are credited only after our team verifies the transaction on-chain. Red Coins carry no interest and are not an investment product.
3. Slots and pricing
Capacity is sold in slots. One slot equals ten calls, and the minimum order is one slot. The price per call that applies to an order is fixed at the moment the order is placed and is not affected by later price changes.
4. Payment
All orders are paid one hundred percent in advance from your Red Coin balance. We do not offer credit, partial payment or deferred payment.
5. Additional calls
Where calls are delivered beyond the volume booked, the additional calls are charged at the price per call recorded on that order. Your balance may become negative as a result and must be cleared by purchasing further Red Coins.
6. Cancellation
Where an order is cancelled and an amount is eligible for reversal under our cancellation policy, that amount is returned to your Red Coin wallet and recorded against the order.
7. Liability
We provide call volume as described and do not warrant any particular conversion, revenue or sales outcome.
